KANSAS Town, Mo. — Susana Elizarraraz is carrying out her portion to guidance learners following Manuel Guzman was killed in a stabbing at Northeast Center Faculty.
For Elizarraraz, Guzman’s loss of life hits closer to home.

Elizarraraz transformed professions to make an effects in kids life and to encourage and empower Latinos.
“I’m a previous instructor. I was a sixth-quality instructor at Gladstone,” Elizarraraz said. “It feeds into NEMS, I’m a former student at NEMS. Like I have mentioned, I’ve lived my lifetime in the neighborhood, educating and serving my community is actually vital to me.”
The news of Guzman’s loss of life traveled promptly to Latinx Education and learning Collaborative, which is just a couple of blocks away from the school.
